A Star called "FAGE"

Between the years of 2003 to 2005 the FAGE group were blessed with the presence of a budding young astronomer named Dr. Dan Self. His major contribution to the group during this time was the discovery of a star called "FAGE" located in the constellation of Ursa Major, the home of the Plough.

Using the chart below (and a very powerful telescope) "FAGE" can be observed.

For those of you without the necessary facilities, Dan has kindly provided us with a somewhat grainy photo of "FAGE".

Thanks Dan, you're a star!
